The BMW E46 Mantis Angle Kit is engineered for optimal handling performance while drifting. It features fully fabricated knuckles and arms constructed from high-strength alloy using a tab-and-slot design, ensuring robust welds and connections among all components. Additionally, the kit is designed to be on-car adjustable, allowing all adjustments for caster, camber, and toe to be made without removing any parts.

Key Features:

  • Adjustability: Our innovative lower control arm/lollipop design introduces on-car fine-tuning for caster, a unique feature not found in other kits.
  • Strength: Crafted using the strongest alloy steels available, the Mega Mantis Kit is engineered to thrive under intense racing conditions
  • Angle: 70 degrees depending on your steering rack setup
  • Ackermann: Adjustable Ackermann
  • Roll Center: Optimized handling by adding 40mm of roll center correction
  • Bump Steer: Minimal bump steer in drift by perfecting tie-rod pickup location
  • Caster: Displaced caster built into the knuckle for optimal alignment force
  • Camber: Optimized camber ranging from -3 to -6
  • Track Width: 50-75mm wider per side creating a stable and high clearance front end (Recommend front over fenders)
  • Suspension Travel: Long travel range, full lock to full lock at any point throughout  suspension travel for increased grip
  • Joints: Chromoly Heim joints, and spherical bearings with self-lubricating nylon race, easily replaceable
  • Durable, Reliable & Light-weight: Made from High strength alloy steel and Aluminum.

E46 Mild:

26mm wider than stock for a more mild track width well maintaining high clearance for the added angle the kit provides.

E46 Mega:

53mm wider per side creating a stable and high clearance front end with a full adjustable tie rods set up.

E36 knuckles on the E46 option benefits!

The E36 knuckle is far superior to the E46 knuckle because it is a stronger, lighter, simpler mounting design, and is a cheaper knuckle to build. It allows for a longer shock (50mm longer for more stroke), allows for camber to be adjusted at the knuckle and the top of the coilover. It will bolt up to the E46 chassis as long as you have E36 front coilovers. This is what every pro driver with an E46 runs including some of our drivers such as Adam LZ, Dylan Hughes, and Jonathan hurst all seen in PRO FD.

Great kit, looks good. I got it with caster plates and tie rod upgrade. I had some trouble with hardware and the FDF staff were on it and took care of me ASAP. Great customer service. Would recommend.

E46 mantis angle kit

Super happy with the kit, build quality and communication. Didn’t test it myself yet, but my 15 year old son says it’s awesome to drive and we haven’t even set it up properly yet! Thanks guys, waiting for the rear grip kit:-)
