The FDF Pro Grip Kit is tailored specifically for drifting. It introduces the first-ever billet rear knuckle designed exclusively for drifting. This kit offers adjustable anti-squat, the most user-friendly camber adjustment available, and the quickest control arm removal system, ensuring repairs can be made after an impact in 5 minutes or less.
Key Features:
Grip: Maximize tire efficiency.
Camber: Two methods for adjusting camber. The first uses flip-able shims on top of the knuckle, allowing changes from -1 camber to 0 to +1 camber in just 45 seconds. The second method involves on-car adjustable points that connect the upper and lower parts to the chassis, allowing for further camber adjustments.
Toe: Shims on the knuckle enable you to raise or lower the outer tie rod, increasing or decreasing toe gain under compression. This feature boosts on-throttle grip and, when combined with the adjustable anti-squat, controls compression during acceleration.
Anti-Squat Control: The kit includes a unique bracket design that attaches to the subframe, offering four positions to modify your anti-squat. It requires some drilling but is worth the effort, especially when used with toe gain adjustments.
Camber Curve: The knuckle geometry has been optimized to minimize camber gain, ensuring ideal tire contact during drifting regardless of compression levels. This aspect is crucial for a high-quality grip kit.
Roll Center: The rear kit adjusts the roll center to optimize a pro drift car's ride height. Acting like a geometric sway bar, it maintains camber, tire contact, and grip in the chassis throughout corners and drifting. When paired with a sway bar, it becomes a significant advantage.
Sway Bar Options: This kit includes attachment points on both the upper and lower parts, catering to sway bar options on a professional car. This feature is designed considering users might run a completely custom sway bar, as seen on Josiah's Pro C6.
Dual Caliper Bracket Options: The kit offers three choices for rear brakes. The first is the OEM foot brake. The second combines an OEM foot brake with a secondary 4-piston Wilwood handbrake. The third option is a dual Wilwood caliper setup. All options are compatible with the Billet knuckle and can be added or changed later.
Travel Range: The kit's travel range has been expanded, allowing up to 2 inches more than OEM and aftermarket suspensions. A further travel option is available through special order, requiring custom coilovers similar to those on Josiah's C6. Nevertheless, this is a significant improvement in the travel range department.

Our Front Lower Control Arms for C5/C6/C7 are a low profile, high clearance design that up to for 70 degrees of wheel lock. They bolt to factory knuckles or FDF mega mantis knuckles. The arms feature on car adjustment for both camber and caster, meaning you do not need to disconnect the lower control arm to align the car.
The arms feature an OEM style mounting point for any Coilover to fasten to, with 3-position, motion ratio adjustment, each adjustment adding 8% increase or decrease in stiffness to fine-tune your suspension. This product is not intended for factory leaf springs/shocks. The arms are constructed from high-strength alloy steel, and use spherical bearings with locking collars to keep everything tight while in use. The C5/C6 rear toe arm upgrade is a direct OEM replacement, giving you easy adjustment, and serviceability. The arms are constructed from a 7075 aluminum body with a center machined hex. Chromoly rod ends, 4140 Chromoly stud that fastens to the knuckle and the toe arm can be removed in just a couple of minutes, vs the OEM toe arm which takes quite a bit of time due to its hard to reach the location on the subframe. It is a necessary upgrade for any drift corvette, the main reason being the OEM inner tie-rods can not be purchased new anymore.

The FDF C5/C6 steering rack brace is designed to prevent the right side mount of the rack from breaking. Drifting puts a lot of force on the steering rack that it was not intended to take, and because of this, the weak, factory mount will break off over time. The FDF brace is made from billet 6061 Aluminum enhancing its durability. All hardware required will be included.

The FDF C5/C6 dual caliper bracket is a unique solution for the corvette community that offers the stopping power of a 4 piston caliper and the benefit of having adjustable bump steer.
Pay close attention to the photos when selecting your options, they will change with what is included in the kit you choose. if you do choose to buy this product for the OEM caliper option, you can only use C6, Grandsport or Z06 rear calipers. Ensure you have the calipers before purchase. The Wilwood calipers used are a tight fit on the corvette knuckle, so using this bracket will require running the "FDF Toe Arms". The OEM rear toe arms are no longer manufactured for these cars, so finding replacements are both hard and expensive. The FDF toe arms that this kit comes with are both serviceable and cheap to get the replacement components.
Note: To run this product you will need to use C6 Z06/grand sport rotors. The OEM knuckle will require the toe arm pickup to but cut off.

During regular alignment work, adjustments are made from the tie rods without first centering the steering rack. This ensures even lengths of the rack are exposed but makes the process more time-consuming for the technician. If the rack is off-center when adjusting the tie rods, your steering won't turn equally in both directions and will have an uneven turning radius. A centered steering rack also prevents handling problems like uneven bump steer and inconsistent steering resistance.
With the steering rack centering tool, you can ensure the rack is centered every time you do an alignment. This saves time during quick checks after a day on the track or street. When the rack is centered for each alignment, the steering wheel stays in the same position, eliminating the need to reset it. Without this tool, every time you adjust the tie rod, the steering rack moves, requiring you to recheck all alignment settings and set up the alignment equipment again.

The FDF C5/C6 conversion is a transfer drill plate that is easily bolted to the factory wheel bearing and provides transfer holes for a 14mm drill bit. This is the size required to press in new ARP wheel studs. It is recommended that a shop do this and at a minimum, use a drill press to ensure that the holes are perpendicular to the bearings mounting face. The studs that work well for this install are ARP-100-7717 and can be purchased on summit racing. The plate can come with a 14mm drill bit if selected.

In a race car, you can do all of the modifications you want for the car to go faster and handle better, but if your body is sliding around then it won't be very enjoyable. FDF Raceshop seat mounts are designed with easy adjustment and seating position in mind. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, anodized black, and formed 3/16 steel side mounts the weight/functionality and strength were top priority. The mounts will include everything needed for 1 seat to be mounted in either the drivers side or the passenger side.
