Mega Mantis Angle Kit for BMW E46

Adjustability: Our innovative lower control arm/lollipop design introduces on-car fine-tuning for caster, a unique feature not found in other kits.

Strength: Crafted using the strongest alloy steels available, the Mega Mantis Kit is engineered to thrive under intense racing conditions

-Angle, 70 degrees depending on your steering rack setup

-Ackerman, adjustable Ackerman

-Roll Center, optimized handling by adding 40mm of roll center correction

-Bump steer, minimal bump steer in drift by perfecting tie-rod pickup location

-Caster, displaced caster built into the knuckle for optimal alignment force

-Camber, optimized camber ranging from adjustable from -3 to -6

-Track Width, 50-75mm wider per side creating a stable and high clearance front end (Recommend front over fenders)

-Suspension Travel, long travel range, full lock to full lock at any point throughout suspension travel for increased grip

-Joints, Chromoly heim joints, and spherical bearings with self-lubricating nylon race, easily replaceable

-Weight Reduction, compact knuckle design makes for a lightweight and strong design, scissor frame constructed alloy steel arms, 7075 aluminum used where possible

-E46 Mild: 26mm wider than stock for a more mild track width well maintaining high clearance for the added angle the kit provides

E46 Mega: 53mm wider per side creating a stable and high clearance front end with a full adjustable tie rods set up

E36 knuckles on the E46 option benefits! - the E36 knuckle is far superior to the E46 knuckle because- it is a strong mounting design, it is a lighter wight mounting design, it is a simpler mounting design, it is a cheaper knuckle to build, it allows for a longer shock (50mm longer for more stroke) it allows for camber to be adjusted at the knuckle AND the top of the coilover, and it bolts right up to the e46 chassis as long as you have e36 front coilovers. this is what every pro driver with an E46 runs including our drivers such as Adam LZ, Dylan Hughes, and Jonathan hurst all seen in PRO FD.
